Welcome to my website!
In 2022 I ​relocated back to Christchurch with my husband after being away for ten years spending time in Rotorua and Auckland. Time for a change of pace in our lifestyle!
We enjoy spending our downtime in nature and having realised Pegasus has so much to offer in the surrounding areas we made our new home here in Pegasus. We enjoy walking and biking around the lake, the wetlands and making the most of the wonderful beach which we are fortunate to have so close by.

I am a traveler at heart and I have had the fortunate opportunity to do a lot of personal travel in years gone by. Particularly being drawn to spiritual places and sites such as Egypt, India, Bali, Thailand, Peru, Glastonbury, England and Sedona, Arizona.

For many years I have been fortunate to work as a Flight Attendant and Cabin Supervisor for both Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia, a perfect job for a traveler at heart!
I am a trained Relaxation Massage Therapist which also includes Pregnancy Massage. Reiki Master Practitioner and Energy Healer. Yoga Teacher.​

I have twenty years experience as a Massage Therapist and in Energy Healing.

'Aroha Reiki and Massage' has been operating from my home in Pegasus since 2022. ​

Training and Courses:
​
Reiki: Reiki Master Practitioner.
1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees as taught in the method of the Usui system of Reiki healing.
​
Relaxation Massage and Pregnancy Massage:
I initially trained at the New Zealand College of Massage, Auckland and was awarded the National Certificate in Relaxation Massage in 2004. I also completed a course in Massage for Pregnancy and a course in Aromatherapy with the New Zealand College of Massage.
I have since completed further training in Remedial and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy Techniques in 2021 as well as Relaxation Pregnancy Massage in 2023 with Holistic Health Training Ltd in New Zealand.

​Yoga: I have been practicing yoga since 2006. I was awarded my Yoga Teachers Training 200 hour Certificate at the School of Santhi Yoga School in Kerala, South India in 2008. The School Of Santhi is a traditional yoga school and is recognized by Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Federation.
I have also completed with 'Bliss Baby Yoga' in Australia : Women's Health Yoga Teacher training, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher training as well as training in pelvic floor anatomy and physiology.

I have had five years experience teaching Yoga at a Yoga school in Auckland as well as teaching Yoga at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.
​
Crystology: Level 1 & 2 training with Crystal Connections in Auckland.
